What to include

  • The email address of your Just Flow It account.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
  • The diagram link, if the question is about a specific diagram.
  • For an AI assistant connection: which assistant you use and the exact error message it showed.
  • For the Jira app: your Jira site address, the work item key and the exact error message.
Never send your password or an API key by email. We will never ask for them.

Disconnect an AI assistant

Open Settings > AI connections in Just Flow It and remove the connection. The assistant loses access to your diagrams immediately. Your diagrams stay in your account.

Delete your account

Go to Settings > Security in Just Flow It, or write to contato@justflow.it from the account’s email address.
