Privacy at Just Flow It is not a policy document written after the fact — it is built into the product itself. Whether you are a solo user on the Free plan or an organization on the Team plan, you have meaningful, easy-to-use controls over your data from day one. GDPR and LGPD protections apply to all users in all regions by design, not only to those who ask for them.

Privacy features built in for everyone

Opt-in cookie consent

Cookies and tracking are off by default. You are shown a clear consent prompt when you first visit, and your choice is recorded in the product — not just in a browser cookie that can disappear.

Data export

Download all your diagrams and account data at any time, in a portable format. You do not need to contact support — export is available directly from your account settings.

Data deletion

Delete your account and all associated data whenever you choose. A 30-day grace period lets you change your mind before the deletion is permanent. After that, your data is gone for good.

One-click marketing unsubscribe

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also manage your email preferences at any time from your account settings.
Your data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time from your account settings.

European data processing (Team plan)

By default, Just Flow It processes data on a global infrastructure. Organizations on the Team plan can switch to 100% European data processing with a single click, ensuring that all diagram data, AI interactions, and account information are stored and processed exclusively within Europe.
1

Go to Team Settings

Click your organization name in the top navigation and select Team Settings.
2

Open the Privacy & Compliance tab

Select the Privacy & Compliance section from the settings menu.
3

Enable European data processing

Toggle European data processing to on. The change takes effect immediately and is recorded as an entry in your organization’s audit log, so you have a timestamped record of when the setting was activated and by whom.
Switching to European data processing affects your entire organization. Existing data is migrated to European infrastructure — this may take a few minutes for large organizations. You will receive an email confirmation once migration is complete.
If your organization is subject to EU data residency requirements — for example, under GDPR Article 44 or sector-specific regulations — enabling European data processing is the fastest way to satisfy those requirements within Just Flow It. The audit log entry can be used as evidence of your compliance decision.

GDPR & LGPD compliance

Just Flow It supports compliance with both the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Key compliance features include:
  • Lawful basis for processing: data is processed only for the purposes you have been informed of at sign-up and in the privacy policy.
  • Consent records: opt-in consent choices (cookies, marketing) are stored in the product so you always have a record.
  • Right of access: export your full data set at any time.
  • Right to erasure: delete your account and data, subject to the 30-day grace period.
  • Data minimization: Just Flow It collects only the data needed to provide the service.
Users in all regions — not only the EU and Brazil — benefit from these privacy protections by design. You do not need to be in a specific country to export your data, withdraw consent, or request deletion.
