# Get support for Just Flow It

> How to contact Just Flow It support, our support hours and response time, what to include, and answers about the editor, the Jira app, AI assistants, billing and privacy.

Write to **[contato@justflow.it](mailto:contato@justflow.it)** for help with the editor, your account, billing, the Jira app, or a connected AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and others).

## Support hours

We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Brasília time (UTC-3). You get a first response within one business day.

## What to include

* The email address of your Just Flow It account.
* What you were trying to do and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
* The diagram link, if the question is about a specific diagram.
* For an AI assistant connection: which assistant you use and the exact error message it showed.
* For the Jira app: your Jira site address, the work item key and the exact error message.

Never send your password or an API key by email. We will never ask for them.

## Disconnect an AI assistant

Open [Settings > AI connections](https://justflow.it/settings/ai-connections) in Just Flow It and remove the connection. The assistant loses access to your diagrams immediately. Your diagrams stay in your account.

## Delete your account

Go to [Settings > Security](https://justflow.it/settings/security) in Just Flow It, or write to [contato@justflow.it](mailto:contato@justflow.it) from the account's email address.
