# Share a BPMN diagram directly by email from Just Flow It

> Send any diagram to colleagues or stakeholders by email directly from the app — recipients can view it immediately without needing a Just Flow It account.

Just Flow It lets you share any diagram by email without leaving the app. Enter one or more recipient addresses, add an optional message, and hit send — your recipients get a view of the diagram straight away, no account or login required. It's the fastest way to get a process diagram in front of a stakeholder who isn't already using Just Flow It.

## How to share a diagram by email

  <Step title="Open the diagram">
    Navigate to the diagram you want to share and open it in the editor.

  <Step title="Click Share">
    In the toolbar, click the **Share** button. The email sharing panel will open.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter recipient email addresses">
    Type the email address of each recipient in the **To** field. To add multiple recipients, press **Enter** or **Tab** after each address, or separate addresses with a comma.

  <Step title="Add an optional message">
    If you'd like to give recipients some context, type a short note in the **Message** field. This appears in the body of the email alongside the diagram.

  <Step title="Click Send">
    Click **Send**. Just Flow It delivers the email immediately. You'll see a confirmation once it's been sent successfully.

## What recipients receive

Recipients get an email containing:

* A **link** to view the diagram in their browser — no account needed to view it.
* An **image of the diagram** (PNG) attached to or embedded in the email, so they can see it even before clicking the link.

  Email sharing is available on **all plans**, including Free. You can share diagrams with anyone, regardless of whether they have a Just Flow It account.

  Email sharing is great for reviewing and sign-off, but if you want recipients to **edit** the diagram alongside you in real time, consider upgrading to the **Team plan**, which unlocks collaborative editing and shared workspaces.
